Matt has 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, starting as a guest service representative. He has always communicated the core principle of the importance of the associates and his philosophy of teamwork in order to deliver maximum value to key stakeholders. Matt is responsible for a wide variety of daily management functions, such as working with our properties to improve operating efficiencies, increase guest satisfaction, reduce expenses and boost revenues. Since earning his B.S. in Business Management, his expertise is in creating a positive winning culture and in driving forward-thinking strategic operations. His determination for efficiency and constant improvement keeps the Evolve Hospitality team moving in a positive direction. In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife Amanda and their three children. He is also very dedicated to coaching youth wrestling within his local community.
Ross is a graduate of The University of Wisconsin-Platteville (BA, Food Marketing) with over 20 years of restaurant and hospitality experience. Ross joined the food and beverage division of MGM Resorts International at its flagship resort, The Mirage in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ross’ position with MGM Mirage has provided him with extensive training and experience in the areas of the P&L, human resources, labor unions, purchasing, and marketing. Ross left Las Vegas to accept a position as Director of Operations for Swift Hospitality Group. Ross was responsible for food & beverage operations at 13 hotels in 3 states. In addition to running day-to-day operations, Ross was responsible for site selection evaluations, financing acquisition, brand relations, and new business proformas. Ross left Swift Hospitality Group to “take over the family business” as Director of Operations at The Rafters Restaurant. In 2013, Ross began construction of Lena Brewing Company. Ross is responsible for the oversight of marketing, financial operations, and new business development.
Ty’s business acumen started from a very young age. From ensuring each newspaper was delivered precisely where the subscriber requested to serving shoppers in the family grocery store, he’s focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Over the past 20 years, the values and principles Ty learned as a youth have guided his hospitality career. Combined with his experience, he helps ensure Evolve's businesses meet and exceed the expectations of our guests, brands and stakeholders by maximizing guest satisfaction as well as profitability. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our properties, along with procurement and technology support. In his free time, Ty enjoys exploring the country with his wife Jeanette and their two daughters.
Maggie is responsible for a wide variety of jobs from the general bookkeeping, to the analysis of financial reports, and management of the day-to-day function. She has over a decade of experience in the hospitality field, having started her career in 2011 at the Country Inn & Suites.
Tyler has over 15 years of experience in the hotel industry. He works directly with each property on day to day operations, accounting, and quality assurance reviews. He has experience managing Marriott, IHG, Choice/Radisson, and Wyndham brands.
Mandy comes to Evolve Hospitality with over 10 years of Human Resource experience. She assists each property with HR, compliance, safety, and procedural issues. Her role also consists of collaborating with the team to find and implement solutions before clients experience issues.
Jaime has worked in the bar/restaurant business for over 20 years. She has recently shifted her passion to marketing, promotions and design. Staying up to date with Evolve’s online presence, she is responsible for keeping our mission on the map. She also provides properties with any internal promotional and marking tools they may need.
Cole has over 15+ years in architectural design. His keen eye for style and trends gives Evolve the upper hand when it comes to new developments.
